When can I expect my order?
We handcraft each candle and wax melt to order. While we aim for prompt delivery, please remember that freshly made products require a curing time before they can be dispatched. Once cured, orders are tracked via Royal Mail. If you're local to Ayr, we may be able to hand-deliver your order. We will provide an estimated delivery window upon order confirmation.

What should I know about handmade candles and wax melts?
It's important to understand that freshly made candles and wax melts require time to "cure" before use. This curing process allows the fragrance oils to bind fully with the wax, resulting in a stronger and longer-lasting scent throw. This is why next-day delivery is not possible for our custom products. We ensure each product is perfectly cured before dispatch for the best possible experience.
